Important Notes: The demographics of attendees at these events is similar to that of the Pasadena Playhouse District and and our very popular past holiday markets in this Old Pasadena area. Expect to see a lot of young families with children and people with dogs. Expect a sales oriented event with 3,000-5,000 attendees.

There are limited BYO table and tent spaces and Rental Package tent and table spaces. A Town & Country Table Package (8’ table, chair, white market umbrella) is available for $75. All BYO tents must be white, meet fire ratings with a CA flame certification seal, and all corners must be secured with 40# ballast weight. Tent packages (with table and chair) are also available from Town & Country at cost for $150. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Packaged food vendors welcome. Limited prepared food accepted. CBD products welcome. THC based products cannot be accepted at this time.

Food vendors subject to City of Pasadena health permit requirements. One day event permit (TFF) for packaged and sampling is $99 or $220 for an annual site specific permit (TFF) that can be used across multiple event dates. All vendors subject to City of Pasadena business license requirements and an annual license is required for this regularly recurring event (not a one day special event license). City of Pasadena business license fees are $176.29 for an annual license that can be used across multiple events and event dates throughout the license period of September 2019 to September 2020. All vendors, including those tabling and not doing sales, are subject to City of Pasadena business license requirements. Pasadena annual business license fees are as follows:

Annual Business License – $176.29 (75% Proration $131.57)

Annual Business License (Home Operation) – $202.29 (75% Proration $151.72)

* 75% proration of the annual license begins on December 1

Note, all Pasadena based businesses MUST have an annual license.
