Grab a friend, celebrate LA’s glorious Spring and get your DIY on while meeting and supporting local food artisans, crafters and makers. 
What You'll Do
You’ll meet 100+ indie makers, crafters and chefs while shopping and sampling to your heart’s content.  And don’t forget the kids! ALA shows are family-friendly and include lots of kid friendly treats and activities– including live music, DIYs, workshops, and more.

Who is this event open to?

The event is open to the public. If you love meeting local makers and learning about handcrafted food, home goods and more, you’ll love this event. The event is also open to stockists, wholesalers, and local retailers as well. There is no separate registration.

Is the event family friendly?

Absolutely! The event is family friendly. There’s tons for both kids and adults to see, do and TASTE!
(As always the Health Dept asks all animals, including service animals keep 20 feet from food preparation and service areas. As this event is indoors, only certified service animals are allowed.)

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry Fido! The LA County Department of Health regulations says that because this event is indoors, only licensed service animals are allowed. There are however, lots of fun clothing, treats and more for pets inside.

For those service animals joining us, the Health Dept request you keep 20 feet away from food service and preparation areas. 

 

Where do I park?

There is parking available for a fee onsite. You may even get lucky with a street spot. Just be sure to feed that meter!

I want to shop til I drop! Do the makers take credit cards?

Each maker chooses the forms of payment they accept, but the majority do take cards. We always recommend having cash just in case, but if you don’t, there are plenty of ATMs in the lobby area for your convenience.

Is the event rain or shine?

The event is indoors, so rain or shine, we’re good to go.

How can I volunteer?

Come play with us! Our events are created to showcase small makers and are only possible because of our wonderful team of volunteers. Come help decorate the space, check people in, and more! Email us at volunteerala@gmail.com to find out how you can be a part of the team.
